The first thing we start with is the design itself. Not all designs are created equal, and we are here to help guide you and advise what the best method of print is suitable for your artwork.
We prefer a VECTOR/PDF (.ai, .eps, or .pdf file format) to make screens or create vinyl for your design. All fonts should also be outlined.

NOTE: If you only have image files such as .jpg, .png, or you are not sure how this works, send us what you have and we are happy to guide you through it.

apparel and supply sourcing


We order garments from suppliers all over Canada and the U.S.A. on a regular basis and do our best to get you quality garments at an affordable price.

The quickest way to start the process of your project is by confirming the blank garments you require, including styles, sizes, colours and quantities.

once we receive your confirmation of blanks, we order them from our supplier after receiving payment.


PROOFS AND PRODUCTION


after confirming your blanks, we get started on creating proofs based on your design and vision. Production will not move ahead without your signed approval of a proof.

After receiving the blank garments or items for your project, we place your project in queue. Orders can take 1-6 weeks depending on our current project workload.

Upon completion of your project, we QC your order, count it and pack it. We will let you know when the project is done. if you need your order shipped, We ship via Canada Post - expedited service (typical service: local is next-day, regional up to 3 days, and national up to 7 days).

Need to reorder more of the same? No problem! The process is not only a bit less expensive for repeats; but since we will have most of the information we need to get you the same thing again, it will make the process much faster.
